Hypothetical Case Study
- Under the installment Payment Scheme, EMI would be start post possession and till then borrower / flat buyer has to pay the bank Pre-EMI Interest, which works out to be Rs. 2,80,000*, so there has been no repayment of any principal amount till possession.
- Under the EMI Sharing Scheme, customer enjoys the benefit of EMI repayment from the day one without having burden of full EMI payment till possession and by the time of possession a two year repayment has already been done from the total loan tenure.
- Loan eligibility of an individual is subject to ICICI's Credit, Legal and Technical norms.
- This scheme is a limited period offer. It can be withdrawn at the discretion of the company without any prior intimation/notice.
