Crossings infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has been incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 to take up township development and other mid and large-scale real estate & infrastructural development Projects.

“Crossings” has been promoted as joint venture cum consrtium by well-known experienced real estate developers and managed by professionals. The project namely “Crossings City” is proposed to be developed on a plot area of 300 Acres initially and with provision of expansion to 600 Acres in phases.

Location & Connectivity

The proposed “Crossings Site": is located in the eastern portion of metropolitan Delhi, on National Highway 24. The proposed “Crossings City” which is connected on one side by NH 24 being widened to 8 lane express way & on the other side is proposed 130M wide connecting Greater Noida and NH-24. The other side of Crossings site is having a 25M wide master plan road.

The Crossings Site is at an approximate distance of just 25 Kms from Connaught Place, 5 Km from Ghaziabad railway station, 10 Kms for Inter State bus terminus and 50 Kms form Delhi's International Airport. Thus the “Crossings Site” has an excellent connectivity on all the sides.

Development

The Development plan for the area is to have a “Metro” connectivity to increase accessibility to eastern part of city. Due to proposed “Common Wealth Games” to be scheduled to take place in 2010 the Govt. has plans for large development of Infrastructural facilities, which includes a “Common Wealth Games Village” along the eastern belt of NCR.

Also work on proposed “International Airport” in Greater Noida shall be started soon to connect this eastern region of “NCR” with the rest of world. The site is on NH 24 which is being widened to 8 lane expressway on are side, the other side is proposed 130 M wide road connectivity Greater Noida and NH 24. The other side of “Crossings Site” is having a 25M wide master plan road and on the lower end it is being connected with a link road.

With a population of 14 million people and a projected population of 22 million by year 2020, Greater Delhi continues to grow an increase in sphere of influence.
